Sopsteps is a tool that generates Standard Operating Procedures with AI. We try to collect as little as possible. This page explains what we do collect and why.

What we collect

Waitlist email — only if you submit it. Used to email you when paid plans launch.
A single cookie (sop_bid) — a random ID stored in your browser so we can apply the free monthly SOP quota. No tracking, no analytics, no ads.
SOP content you generate — the prompts you submit and the SOPs we generate may be stored to operate the service.

Third-party processors

We use third-party processors to host the site, deliver content, generate SOPs, and send waitlist emails. These processors only receive what's needed to perform their function and are bound by their own terms.

Your rights

Stop receiving emails — use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. This removes you from our sending list.
Delete your data — email support[at]sopsteps.com and we'll remove your record entirely.
